Are towels and linens provided?
Yes, one set of towels is provided for each guest for the duration of your stay. Additional towels are available if needed at the front desk, however each unit has a washer and dryer for laundering of linens.
Are beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys provided?
No, however you can rent chairs and umbrellas at the entrance to the beach on 127th Street (cash only).
Is the building accessible 24 hours a day?
Yes. The office is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily during the summer season along with lobby. Outside of those hours, you will be provided a code to enter the lobby.
Are pets allowed in the building?
Yes. Some units are pet-friendly, and are allowed between Labor Day and Memorial Day. An additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet is required upon check-in.
Are all units the same?
No. Each unit is individually owned and is decorated/furnished differently. However, the layout is basically the same with one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a balcony.
Is there an ATM in the building?
No. The closest ATM within walking distance across Coastal Highway at Farmers Bank.
What if I get locked out of my unit or forget my key after hours?
An after-hours number is provided to assist you in this or any other non-emergency situations.
What are the pool hours?
Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions, the indoor pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the summer season. Times will vary on the off season months (October through April) and as governmental guidance changes.
We are arriving in 2 cars. Will we be able to park both cars at the Marylander?
No. A parking pass is provided for our covered parking for only one car. Street parking (which is free) is plentiful around the building for additional parking.
Is public transportation available?
This city beach bus stops less than one block away from the Marylander and is $3.00 per day per person with unlimited rides. Do not use the app to pay for your fare; take cash with you.
