Come Relax, Unwind and enjoy your time in our updated, family-friendly condo in North Ocean City located at The Marylander on 127th street. The sleeping arrangements for unit 204 include 2 double beds, one with a bunk bed on top and a queen pull out couch in the living room. The bedroom space has 2 dressers, a ceiling fan, and a smart tv for your streaming pleasure (no cable). The fully stocked kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, stovetop/oven, full refrigerator, and a traditional coffee maker. The living room has a smart TV for your streaming enjoyment (no cable), a large couch and a very relaxing recliner. There is a nice sized balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine, or pick some Maryland crabs, as you soak in the ocean views.
The Marylander has on-site Property Management to make your vacation seamless. There is a key coded entry to enter the building, after hours for added security. We have an indoor heated pool, game room, sundeck, outside shower, and one covered parking space.
Besides spending time on the beach, there are plenty of other activities to do in the area. Northside Park is located directly across Coastal Highway. The park offers a walking/jogging path, a playground, an outdoor gym with exercise equipment, a kayak and paddle board rental with launch site, and a fishing pier where you can also catch some amazing sunsets. Ocean City’s famous boardwalk is a short drive straight down Coastal Highway. Rehoboth Beach’s boardwalk and tax free shopping outlets are 20 miles North on RT 1.
There are plenty of good eats within walking distance. You can walk to including Uber bagels, Chipoltle, Higgins Crab House, The Crab Bag, Northside Pit and Pub, Bourbon St on the beach, Grotto Pizza, The Crabcake Factory, and Ocean City’s famous Dumser’s Dairyland for delicious food, ice cream and milkshakes.
