OCEAN CITY ORDINANCE 1982-7, EFFECTIVE MAY 4, 1982

The Mayor and City Council has adopted a Noise Control Ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of Mental Health and Hygiene of the State of Maryland (COMAR 10.20.01, and 2) that any guest causing or permitting these noise levels to be exceeded shall be subject to immediate removal or Eviction.

NO loud noise, banging, TV, voices or music is allowed AFTER 10:00 p.m. in the condo units, balconies or hallways.  If your neighbors disturb you, please knock on their door and ask them to stop.  If the noise does NOT stop, please call Ocean City Police Department at 410-723-6600. 

If Law Enforcement has to be called for disturbance, Management has the right to evict immediately without refund.
