EVICTION NOTICE

In the interest of preserving the Peace, Guest/Staff protection, and the Security & Safety of our Guests, the following notice is presented. In compliance with Local and State Ordinances, here is a list of the circumstances in which a Guest or Visitor may be EVICTED:

1. Deliberate destruction of Hotel or Guest property.

2. Unwarranted Verbal/Physical abuse of any Hotel Staff.

3. Severe disturbances in rooms, balconies, public areas, pool, arcade room, or lobby.

4. Repeated warnings (Violations of Ocean City Noise Ordinances).

5. Non-payment of charges after reasonable request has been made.

6. Fraud or attempted fraud (False statements or false reports).

7. Violations of any Federal, State or Local Drug (CDS) controlled substance abuse laws.

8. Violation of any State or Local Underage Alcohol Consumption and Possession Laws.

“The MARYLANDER HOTEL CONDO is NOT obliged to REFUND any portion of guest charges if EVICTION is necessary.”

We will clearly explain the reason for EVICTION to Guests and Visitors. We allow a reasonable amount of time to gather items and vacate the premises. We will check for room damage, which will be charged to the Room Guest.  We will handle any outstanding charges in the best and fastest manner.

If there is REFUSAL or CONFRONTATION, O.C.P.D. will evict or Arrest.
